Delete your account.

You can delete your withsilasogar account and its data at any time: in the app, on the web or by email. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Three ways to delete

In the mobile app
Open the You tab, then Profile & settings, and scroll to Delete account at the bottom. Follow the steps to confirm.

On the web
Sign in and open Settings. Scroll to Delete account at the bottom, type DELETE and confirm.

By email
Can't sign in? Write to hello@withsilasogar.com from the address on your account. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Your profile (name, email, photo, handle, timezone, and your onboarding and learning-path answers) and the sign-in account itself.
Enrollments, lesson and video progress, and quiz attempts.
XP, streaks, badges and quests, and your places in leagues, crews and leaderboards.
Certificates. Their public verification links will show the certificate as revoked.
Offline downloads and their licences, on every device.
AI tutor conversations.
Reviews and your wishlist.
Notifications, notification settings, and push and device tokens.
Analytics events tied to your account.

Community posts, replies and channel messages: kept but anonymisedThey stay so threads still make sense, but they show “Deleted user” and no longer link to you.
Payment and receipt records: kept for up to 7 years because the law requires itWe keep the amount, currency, date and the Stripe payment reference, with no name or email, for up to 7 years for tax and accounting. Then they're deleted.

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.There is no grace period and we can't restore an account after it's deleted. Signing in again with the same Google, Apple or email creates a brand-new, empty account.
Pro is cancelled for you.An active Pro subscription is cancelled immediately, with no further charges.
Instructors: hand over your courses first.Instructors who own published courses must transfer or unpublish them first.
